The Senior Manager, Digital Web Strategy will drive digital innovation, content architecture, and user personalization—serving as the central architect behind a high-impact public web experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of web marketing specialists to design, manage, and optimize the public-facing web ecosystem
- Develop and champion enterprise-wide web strategy aligned with business priorities
- Own web system design, platform maintenance, and performance optimization
- Build scalable content workflows to support business growth and multi-department input
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, support, and executive teams to ensure alignment
- Utilize tools such as DXP, personalization engines, analytics dashboards, and design platforms to improve outcomes
- Oversee resource allocation, performance coaching, and vendor partnerships
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making by enhancing analytics tracking and insight reporting
- Report directly to the VP of Customer Experience
