Warehouse Associate

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be a key player in maintaining efficient inventory flow and supporting parts distribution within a fast-paced customer service center. This hands-on role ensures accurate receiving, packaging, and shipping of parts to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and locate inventory in the ERP system
• Collaborate with customer service and parts teams to meet fill rate targets
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments according to daily orders
• Perform outbound inspections and verify shipping details
• Load trucks with finished goods and assist with dispatch
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory control
✅ Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping documentation
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
